Carlingford Court
Carlingford Court is a major shopping centre located in Carlingford, a north-western suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Carlingford Court has been managed and fully owned by GPT since July 1996. In December 2013 Federation Limited acquired the Carlingford Court centre from GPT Group.
As at 30 June 2006, the centre reported an annual sales turnover of A$166.1 million.
==Location==
The shopping centre is located 22 km from Sydney's central business district on Pennant Hills Road 8 km from Parramatta at its intersection with Carlingford Road, both of which link to the M2 Hills Motorway. Marsden Road, the start of A6, is located 350 metres to the south of the centre.
The shopping centre is within walking distance from Carlingford railway station, the terminus of the Carlingford Line of the Sydney Trains network.
